Beef Stew

Beef Stew

Cook Time 6 hours

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 450 g Beef cubed
  • 1 Carrot
  • ½ cup Beef stock
  • ½ cup Canned tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce I used 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Black olives pitted and sliced I left these out
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat up the olive oil in a pan
  • Add the beef and brown on medium-high for 10 minutes
  • Transfer into Crockpot
  • Add all other ingredients and toss
  • Put the lid on and cook on High for 6 hours
  • Serve with cooked or roasted potatoes
