Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Red Onion
- 450 g Beef cubed
- 1 Carrot
- ½ cup Beef stock
- ½ cup Canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce I used 1 can tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ cup Black olives pitted and sliced I left these out
- 1 tbsp Rosemary chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat up the olive oil in a pan
- Add the beef and brown on medium-high for 10 minutes
- Transfer into Crockpot
- Add all other ingredients and toss
- Put the lid on and cook on High for 6 hours
- Serve with cooked or roasted potatoes
