Yummy chocolate cake
This recipe is liked by many, as it’s not dry at all, but nice moist.
It’s nice as birthday cake.
Needed:
2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon espresso powder
1 cup buttermilk/almond -or coconutmilk
1/2 cup canola oil or melted coconut oil (I use sunflower oil…)
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Oven on 177 degrees celcius.
2x 22 cm round springform with butter and flour on inside
Put flour, sugar, cacao powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and espresso powder in a large bowl.
Whisk.
Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix untill well combined.
Add boiling water, mix slow.
Divide the mixture over 2 tins.
Bake 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean-
Let cool for 10 minutes.
