Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Real butter room temperature
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • Pepper & Sea salt to taste
  • The original recipe asked for also juice of half a lemon, I don't like it

Instructions
 

  • Chop chives and parsley fine
  • Mince garlic
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add pepper and salt to taste
  • Cover and put for at least 6 hours in the fridge
