Garlic Butter
Ingredients
- 200 g Real butter room temperature
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Chives
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- Pepper & Sea salt to taste
- The original recipe asked for also juice of half a lemon, I don't like it
Instructions
- Chop chives and parsley fine
- Mince garlic
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add pepper and salt to taste
- Cover and put for at least 6 hours in the fridge
